Standard Delivery Time 

Asia: 5 to 15 days.
USA & Canada: 7 to 22 days.
U.K. & Europe: 7 to 18 days.
Australia & New Zealand: 7 to 18 days.
 
Orders are usually shipped out within 4 business days from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your package's tracking information. Covid-19 Notice: Shipments may experience slight delays as changing Covid-19 restrictions affect delivery service. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time!

Taxes and Duties is not included in the checkout total and customers are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. Your package may arrive at your local post office and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to an error entered in your shipping address, Linxe is not responsible for the loss or any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship your package.

Cancellations & Refund

You may cancel your order within 48 hours after your order is placed. To cancel your order, please send us an email.
 
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days after your items are received. Please email us directly so that we know to expect your return package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and must also be in the original packaging. Customers are strongly advised to include tracking for return items as we are not responsible if the package is lost.
 
Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are usually processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.
